Abstract: 

The significance of preparing representative reservoir FLUIDs in optimizing reservoir management is clearly obvious for experts, and it has always been tried to prepare a representative FLUID at the early life of reservoir by standard methods. This will lead to the reduction of inaccuracy and causes an appropriate prediction of phase and flow behavior of reservoir. Methods of preparing an ORIGINAL reservoir FLUID are mentioned in various standards like API-RP44 in details. These methods are on the basis of stabilizing reservoir and sampling conditions. In 1994, Fevang and Whitson presented a new method titled equilibrium contact mixing (ECM). They claimed that this method was operational for gas condensate reservoirs in any conditions. Their method reversed the dominant standards of sampling and had no time limitation in preparing representative FLUID from the collected samples. This paper examines ECM techniques and checks the verity of this method in various conditions. For this purpose, a synthetic model consists of lean and rich gas condensate reservoirs in saturated and under saturated conditions and surface separator facilities are constructed. After production and sampling from models, ECM and recombination techniques are simulated and used for synthesizing ORIGINAL FLUIDs from the collected samples. Evaluating the methods of synthesizing ORIGINAL reservoir FLUIDs states that the new and non-familiar ECM techniques are remarkably more accurate than the conventional recombination method in any conditions, particularly in a depleted situation. The accurate obtained results suggest proposing this method to petroleum companies.

Abstract: 

Due to the many uncertainties surrounding the legal provisions for the crime of forging and using the document, this crime has become one of the most serious crimes against public welfare and social systems. Deficiencies such as the lack of legal definition of this crime, the failure to express all its legal implications, ambiguity in the subject matter of the crime, whether it merely observes the document, the writing or the contents of each bill? And the dispersion of the legal element of the crime of forgery and the use of a foreign document in various laws and the multiplicity of different legislatures that lead to confusion in the recognition of the rules of unconscientiousness, the general and the particular, the absolute, and the imposition of the crime, are one of the issues that affect the ambiguities of this Crime has increased in legislative and judicial procedures. What has been considered in this article is considering these issues and providing solutions to these problems. It seems that the legislator should consider such cases as absolute, or absolute crime forgery, the aggregation of all forging materials in one place, and the avoidance of dispersion in the process, compliance with the principle of proportionality of the offense and punishment, the elimination of the ambiguity of the crime, the use of the document, and so on. In the criminalization of this crime.

Abstract: 

Today, in the field of agriculture and animal husbandry, new meat and plant products called transgenic are created by genetic engineering, which due to its novelty, it will be necessary to study the position of the legislator and explain the restrictions and necessary conditions. In particular, scientific research has considered it detrimental to public health, and consequently the existence of dissenting and agreeing opinions, as well as legal gap (legal absence of required laws) in the relevant laws to ensure consumer rights and explain strong executive guarantees and other cases has made it one of the serious areas for jurisprudential and legal debates. In this study, while analyzing the arguments of those who believe in legitimacy, considering the possibility of applying rule of prohibition of detriment (rule of harm) in eliminating the expectant (possible) Shari'a rulings, as well as the rational and narrative obligation to avoid the expectant (possible) harm when the expectant (possible) harm is not negligible compared to the benefits that is motive on action and other controversies arising from their arguments, it seems that these products are not the permission for the mere possibility of loss when the obvious and apparent benefits are opposed to the expediency of preserving life and the right to health of the whole society and life. Therefore, it may be possible to establish a conflict between the permissibility (principle of permission and authorization) of taking this action and the observance of precaution in saving human lives, and according to the rule of more important instances exclude the important ones, the duty of mukallaf (obliged) should be clarified as in the questionnaires of a number of marā ji (authorities, source to follow or religious reference) have considered the precaution to leave this action. In particular, it can be seen that concerns about the definite or potential risks reported have significantly changed the policy of developed countries in the consumption of these products and turned attention to the export market.

Abstract: 

The doctrine of ORIGINAL sin is a very famous doctrine for Christians, both Catholics and protestants. The main message of doctrine is embarrassment of human race because of the sin committed by Adam when he was in heaven. This doctrine provides a justification for salvatory mission of Juses Christ. Its defenders refer to Gospel, especially to Poul writings. St. Augustin played an important part in development of the doctrine. But this theory has had its own opponents also, most important of them is Plagious. Since Plagious time, disagreement with the theory has been continued. But Christian church in different cases and different councils, like Orange, Cartage, and Terent councils, has insisted on correctness of the doctrine and has called the opponents heretics. This article deals with this theory, its main contents and its defenders and opponents.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Abutment selection is an important decision to make in the dental implant treatments. The prohibitive cost and unavailability of ORIGINAL abutments have driven many practitioners to opt for choosing compatible abutments alternatively. However, the use of non-ORIGINAL and low-quality abutments may lead to a myriad of complications for the patients. The current research was conducted with the aim of comparing ORIGINAL and non-ORIGINAL abutments in dental implant treatments. Materials and Methods: A total of 46 review articles were selected and evaluated from articles published between 2001 and 2022. The search was performed in various electronic databases including PubMed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar. The search utilized keywords such as “abutment, ” “ORIGINAL abutment, ” “non-ORIGINAL abutment, ” “main abutment, ” “non-main abutment, ” and “compatible abutment. ” Data were meticulously collected on several parameters, including fit accuracy, microleakage, bacterial leakage, micromotion, rotational misalignment, screw loosening, fracture resistance, fatigue resistance, tensile strength, marginal accuracy, and other mechanical outcomes. Results: The results showed that, the ORIGINAL abutments had more appropriate accuracy, more micro-movement, and fatigue resistance compared to non-ORIGINAL abutments, and they were more durable. In addition, ORIGINAL abutments provided a lower percentage of torque reduction and lower values for screw loosening than non-ORIGINAL examples. The mean micro-gap at the implant-abutment interface, bacterial leakage, and rotational misalignment were higher in non-ORIGINAL abutments. The findings showed that the incidence of mechanical failure was lower for ORIGINAL abutments and its marginal accuracy was higher. Conclusion: Although non-ORIGINAL abutments may visually resemble ORIGINAL ones, significant differences exist in their physical and mechanical properties. These discrepancies can be identified through advanced testing methods.

Abstract: 

زمینه و هدف: این تحقیق به بررسی نحوه پراکنش آلاینده های ناشی از سناریو اشتعال انبار نفت با استفاده از نرم افزار انسیس فلوینت پرداخته است و برای اولین بار در کشور سناریوهای خطرناک و غیرمنتظره انفجار و اشتعال در سایت های نفتی را با استفاده ازاین نرم افزار مورد بررسی قرار داده و هدفش حفظ دارایی ها جانی و مالی مناطق اطراف انبار نفت است. مواد و روش ها: به منظور تعیین میزان آلاینده های حاصل از سوختن مخازن، از نرم افزار Ansys Fluent 15 استفاده شد. این نرم افزار پارامترهای موثر سرعت، جهت باد، دمای محیط، میزان انتشار آلاینده ها و پایداری جو را درنظرگرفته و می تواند غلظت آلاینده های گوناگون را در فواصل مختلف از انبارها پیش بینی نماید. نتایج خروجی این نرم افزار وارد محیط مشینگ شد و درنهایت نقشه پراکندگی آلودگی در محدوده ای به وسعت چهار کیلومتر تا ارتفاع 200 متر به دست آمد. یافته ها: در این پژوهش، تاثیر اشتعال و انفجار انبار نفت بر روی محیط زیست و محیط مسکونی اطراف محوطه انبار مورد تحلیل عددی قرار گرفت. با توجه به جمع بندی نتایج در شرایط بحرانی که سرعت وزش باد بالا باشد، جهت وزش باد تاثیر بسزایی در مناطق تحت تاثیر خواهد داشت، بطوری که افزایش دمای تا حدود 60 درجه سلسیوس و بالاتر و نیز غلظت آلاینده های CO, CO2, NOX, SO2 همگی در فواصلی حدود 800 متر تا یک کیلومتر در مناطق انبار غله کرج، شهرک بنفشه، رزکان نو، محوطه راه آهن کرج، سرحدآباد و شهرک وحدت با توجه به جهت وزش باد به میزان 30 تا 40 درصد بالاتر از استاندارد، مورد انتظار است. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد اگر آتش سوزی در مخازن رخ دهد. مناطق مسکونی و صنعتی مختلفی در مسیر پخش و پراکنش آلودگی بسیار بالاتر از حد استاندارد می باشند. با توجه به شدت آلودگی تولیدشده و وسعت مناطق درگیر بیماری های تنفسی، خسارت های جانی و مالی قابل پیش بینی است.

Abstract: 

Abstract In Persian literature, including the works of Ferdowsi, Nasser Khosrow, Sa’di, Beyhaqi, etc., the word "dorood" is not synonymous with the word “salam”; rather, it is equivalent to "afarin", "tahniyat", "tahiyyat" and "salawat". However, salawat cannot be used as a form of greeting instead of salam. It seems that men of letters were aware of this point and, for this reason, used "dorood" in their works only to honor the prophets and divine saints. In Arabic culture and language, "ahlan wa sahlan marhaba" is in no way an equivalent to "salam", since the Arabs use it to welcome their guests. Thus, the author thinks that with the arrival of Islam in Iran, "salam" should be ranked higher than "dorood", and prominent men of letters should use "salam" instead of "dorood" when addressing the prophets and saints. So using the library and descriptive-analytical methods, the present article proves these points: 1. the beauty and superiority of the word and meaning of "salam" over other words; 2. using the meaning of "salamna" for "salam" by anti-Islamists.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Use of an adhesive with a suitable composite resin is an important factor in tooth-colored restorations and increasing marginal sealing ability. The aim of this study was to evaluate the microleakage of various adhesives with composite resins using FLUID filtration and dye extraction techniques and assessment of the correlation between these two techniques.Materials and Methods: In this in vitro study, class II cavities were prepared on the proximal surfaces of 48 extracted sound human premolar teeth, measuring 1.5±0.5 mm in gingival width, 4 mm in occluso-gingival height and 1.3 of the inter-cuspal distance in width. The samples were divided into four groups (n=12). Group 1; OptiBond Solo Plus adhesive/Herculite XRV composite resin; Group 2: OptiBond Solo Plus adhesive/Master Dent composite resin; Group 3: Prime & Bond NT adhesive/Herculite XRV composite resin; Group 4: Prime & Bond NT adhesive/Master Dent composite resin. Microleakage was assessed primarily by FLUID filtration and then by dye extraction techniques. Data were analyzed with Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney tests, with Bonferroni correction and Spearman's rho correlation test at 95% confidence interval.Results: The minimum and maximum mean microleakage values were recorded in FLUID filtration and dye extraction techniques groups 1 and 4, respectively. There were significant differences between the experimental groups in microleakage with the two methods of leakage assessment (p value=0.001). Spearman's rho revealed a strongly direct correlation between the two methods (r=0.797, p value=0.000).Conclusion: In both methods of microleakage assessment, use of ethanol-based in comparison to acetone-based adhesive resulted in microleakage reduction. Application of light-cured composite resin contrary to self-cured composite resin with both types of adhesives increased marginal sealing ability.
